Although we work hard to maintain a reasonable balance of workload and manpower, we recognize that there are times when overtime will be necessary and desire to compensate employees accordingly. Non-manager, salaried employees receive compensation for approved hours worked over 45 hours per week. Hourly employees receive time-and-a-half for hours worked over 40 hours per week.
