11 East Forsyth

This project consisted of the historic conversion of an 17-story office building into apartments and amenity space and the construction of a new adjacent six-story parking garage with 138 spaces. The building modifications included lofts added at the top floor units, a rooftop penthouse, miscellaneous floor openings for HVAC/plumbing, a new stair opening, and closing two elevator openings. Formerly known as the Lynch Building and the American Heritage Life Building and built in 1926, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
